About the Class
You have been strong for so long... for everyone around you and for yourself too to the point that "not okay" has stopped being an option. But underneath all that strength, you stopped showing up for the one person who needed you most. It's not a flaw, it's just the habit that your needs are inconvenient, so they have to come last. And it's fucking exhausting.
In Choose Yourself, we're changing that. Not with willpower or another framework to implement, but by going inward, to feel, to understand. When your nervous system feels safe, your mindset shifts naturally. Not through force, but by allowing you to finally relax into becoming you.
What to Expect
In 75 minutes together we will:
-
Understand why you keep abandoning yourself and why it is not a character flaw, it is survival
-
Uncover why everything you've tried before hasn't stuck, and why that's not on you
-
Get honest about what another year of this actually costs you - not to scare you, but because you deserve to know
-
Experience a guided journey inward that gives you a felt sense of safety. Not just the concept of it, but the real thing, in your own body
This is for You If...
-
You are the strong one, the capable one, the one everyone leans on
-
You have done the work, read the books, know your patterns and still find yourself abandoning yourself when triggered
-
You grew up being the mature one, the responsible one, the one who held it all together before you were ready
-
You are exhausted from performing okayness and secretly terrified that this is just who you are now

It's free. It's live. And it might be the most important 75 minutes you give yourself this year.

Your Instructor
Hi, I'm Lainey Molnar - women's empowerment educator, TEDx speaker, author, and certified black sheep with over a million followers across social media. I spent my entire youth pushing back against everything I was supposed to be, and most of my adult life building something unapologetically mine against every odd that was stacked against me. Not because I had it figured out (far from it), but because I learned that the only way out was inward. That choosing yourself isn't a luxury you earn when everything is finally perfect. It's the decision that makes everything possible. I built Choose Yourself because I was her. And I know exactly how she finds her way back.
